Support

Picazo on the web, iPhone and iPad. One account, the same designs everywhere.

Email support@picazo.io

Write to support@picazo.io with anything: a question, something that didn’t work, or an idea. It helps to say which device you were on (web, iPhone or iPad), which tool or screen, and to add a screenshot.

Your account

How do I sign in?

With Apple or Google, on the web and in the iPhone and iPad app. Sign in with the same one on each device to see the same account.

Are my designs on all my devices?

Yes. Designs you save while signed in are kept in your account, and open in the editor on the web, iPhone and iPad. Without signing in, a design stays on the device it was made on.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete account. On the web: your Dashboard, at the bottom. It permanently deletes your account, designs, uploads and usage history. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Plans, credits and subscriptions

What do Free and Pro include?

The editor, templates, exports and the free tools are free. AI tools use credits: every account gets credits each month, and Pro gets many more, HD quality and more storage. See Pricing for today’s plans. Credits and Pro are shared by the web and the app.

When does an AI tool use a credit?

Only when it works. A run that fails isn’t counted.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

If you subscribed in the app, Apple manages it: on your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Picazo. If you subscribed on the web, open your Dashboard and choose Payments & invoices. Either way, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

I paid in the app but don't see Pro.

In the app, open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases, while signed in to the account you want Pro on. If it still doesn’t show, email us with the date of the purchase.

How do I get a refund?

For a purchase in the app, Apple handles refunds: go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For a purchase on the web, email us.

Editing and AI tools

An AI tool didn't give me what I wanted.

Try again, or describe what to change: most tools keep your earlier results so you can go back to them. If a tool fails again and again, email us the tool’s name and, if you can, the picture.

Does Picazo need my camera and photos?

Only when you choose to: to take a photo, or to pick one from your library to edit. The app saves to your photo library only when you tap Save. You can change this any time in Settings, under Picazo.

What happens to my photos?

Many tools run on your device. Tools that need a server send only the picture you chose, for that one task. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
